Will of Sarah Jacobs - Nelson County Will Book "D". pp. 203-204:

In the Name of god Amen I Sarah Jacobs of Nelson County on low state of 
helath being Sound mind I do make this my last Will and Testament. I desire 
all my just debts to pay. I Will and bequeath to Peter C. Jacobs in trust for 
Susan Hill my horse and Bible and an equal division of the Ballance{sic} of 
all the property I have made since the death of my husband John Jacobs. I do 
hereby appoint and constitute Peter C. Jacobs my Executor-
Witness my hand and seal this 24th day of September 1832
