In obedience to an Order of the County Court of Nelson, the undersigned Commissioners appointed by said Order have examined stated & settled the account of William Cunningham Executor of James Mays Deceased. The Excutor has produced to us satisfactory evidences of the items of debit contained in the account - and on such settlement we find the Executor indebted to the Estate the sum of $3246.65 to carry interest from the 15th Sept. 1826 - which sum is to be divided into nine equal parts, leaving $360.73 8/9 to each Legatee.
