Contributor: Debra Miller ---------------------------------------------------------------- Know all men by all these present that we Charles Perrow and Wilson Peters are held and firmly bound unto Lucas P. Thompson, Judge of the Circuit Superior Court of Law & Chancery of Nelson Co., now sitting in Court, and his successors, in the just and full sum of one hundred dollars, to which payment well and truly to be made to the said judge and to his successors, we bind ourselves and each of our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly & severally by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this 4th day of Oct. 1832. The condition of this obligation is, that, if the said Charles Perrow administrator of the goods, chattels and credits of William Ryan, deceased, do make a true and perfect inventory of all and singular, the goods, chattels & credits of the said deceased, which have or shall come to the possession or knowledge of him, the said Charles Perrow, or in the hands or possession of any other person or persons for him, and the same, so made, do exhibit unto the Circuit Superior Court and such good, chattels and credits do well and truly administer according to law; and further, do make a just and true account of his last actings & doings therein, when thereto required by said Court, and all the rest of the said goods, chattels and credits which shall hereafter appear that any last Will and Testament was made by the said deceased, and the same be proved in Court and the Executor obtain a certificate of the probate thereof, & the said Charles Perrow do, in such case, being required; under and deliver up his letters of administration, then this obligation to be void, else to remain in full force.
