Kincaid, John Diggs, John P. Cobbs, and Alexander Brown, Gentlemen Justices of the Court of Nelson County now sitting, in the just and full sum of six thousand dollars for the payment of which well and truly to be made to the said Justices and to their successors in office as Justices aforesaid, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this 2nd day of December 1831. The condition of this obligation is such that if the said Polly Wills, Executrix of Lawrence Wills-deceased, do make a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased which have or shall come to the hands, possession or knowledge of her the said Polly Wills, or to the hands or possession of any other person or persons for her and the same so made, do exhibit to the County Court of Nelson at such time as she shall be thereunto required by the said Court and the same goods, chattels and credits do well and truly administer accordingly to law and make a just and true account of her actings and doings therein when thereto required by the said Court and further do well and truly pay and deliver all the legacies contained and specified in the said will as far as the said goods, chattels and credits will extend according to the value thereof and as the law share charge her, then this obligation to be void or else to remain in full force.
