Middlesex Co., London, England This I make as my last will and testament ITEM: I give and bequeath unto my nephew Richard Littlepage on York River in Va. 500 pounds ITEM: I give and bequeath unto my niece Elizabeth Walker 600 pounds and 600 pounds more to her two children that is to say that 300 pounds to both of them. ITEM: I give and bequeath unto my niece Elizabeth Elliott in Thame, Oxfordshire 200 pounds. ITEM: I give and bequeath unto the children of my niece Susanna Page in Lambeth deceased 600 pounds, that is to say to Rich: Edm: & Robert each 100 pounds and to Susanna, Ann and Elizabeth 100 pounds and to their father Rich: Page 16 pounds being money lent him which he stand indebted for. ITEM: I give and bequeath unto my sister-in-law Mrs. Mary Trull in Horseshoe Alley in Moorefield 50 pounds and 50 pounds more to Mary her eldest daughter. ITEM: I give and bequeath unto Mrs. Smith at the Feathers, a toyshop in Foxesstreet 50 pounds. ITEM: I give and bequeath unto Mr. Owen Minister at Dewheres Hall in Linn Street 100 pounds and 400 pounds to such nonconforming ministers as he with the deacons shall judge most meet. MSC: 30 pounds to the poor of that congregation ITEM: I give and bequeath unto Mr. House where I now lodge 20 pounds and to Eliza his maid servant 5 pounds. ITEM: I give and bequeath unto the corporation children in Bishopgate street 500 pounds ITEM: I give and bequeath unto Mrs. Wood 6 pounds and to Mrs. Field 4 pounds both in the parish of St. Mary Woolnoth ITEM: I give unto the poor of St. Mary Woolnoth 30 pounds and what remains after apropriate interment of my body I give to my nephew Joseph Littlepage whom I made my exor and Mr. William Priest & Mr. Thomas Hodgson overseers and for their pains and fidelity I do also will and bequeath them 30 pounds apiece. As witness my hand this 6th of May 1712 Edm Littlepage Appeared personally Thomas Mecer of the Parish of St. Mildreds Poultry , London Book Keeper to the Bank of England and John House of the Parish of St. Mary Woolnoth citizen and goldsmith and by the virtue of their corporal oaths deposed that they were well acquainted with Edmund Littlepage late of St. Mary Woolnoth aforesaid but at Enfield in the county of Middlesex and also with his handwriting for several years before and until the time of his death which they are informed and believe happened on or about the 30th of July last and the deponents have several times seen him the said Edmund Littlepage write and haveing now seen and observed the paper writing hereunto annexed bearing date 6th May last purporting his the said Edmund Littlepage last will and testament do verily believe the same to be all wrote and subscribed by and with the proper hand of him the said Edmund Littlepage. And the said John? House further deposes that the next day after the said deceased death. The deponent with John Brumeith, Benjamin Joseph, Jr., Joseph Littlepage his the deceased nephew also Mr. Cookan attorney or scrivner upon a search made in his the said deceased closet in his bedchamber in the deponent's house in Hobworth Lane afsd for his the deseased will there found inclosed in an old account book amongst several East India Bonds receipts for Bank Stock and other writings of importance his the deceased afsd will hereunto annexed.
