Me, and for a valluable consideration by mee in hand allready received wherewith I hold my selfe to bee fully satisfied contented and payd have bargained sold delivered and poses and dou by those presents sell deliver and poses unto Edward Ould of the parish of Linhaven in the County of Lower Norfolk one parcel or divident of land situat lying and being on the eastern shore of Linhave and in the parish of Linhaven in the County of Lower Norfolk in Virginia, beginning at a pine tree that standeth near the head of a branch and running along by a line of marked tree, that part of the said land from James Hawkins land to a main? Creek that runneth up before the said Edward Oulds house and from the aforesaid pine along by a line of marked trees, that runeth along by the side of the horse path that gooth to Thomas Brook, to foure white oaks standing all together and from the said four white oaks by a line of marked trees to the head of a branch to a corner tree, an oake, and from the the said corner oake by a line of marked trees to the head of a branch and then downe by the said branch to a marked pine by the maine creed side of the said land being part of my divident of land commonly called by the name of rudee which land I dou with the full fee and vallantary consent of Sarah Basnett my wife, sell deliver and posses unto the said Edward Ould his heires executors admins or assigns for ever, with all wood, water, river, with all privilidges of fishing fowling hawking or hunting or will all profits or benefits any ? belonging or pertaining to the said land and I the said William Basnet doo by those present bind and ingage my self my heirs executors administratros and assings unto the said Edward Ould his heirs executors adms or assigns, that hee or they or any of them shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the same with out any lott hinderance or molestation of mee my heirs executors adms or assigns, or any other person or persons what so ever, but the same will bor eer warant and ? against all the world and in witnes here of mee have sett our handsa nd fixed our seals this nineteenth day of July one thousand six hundred eighty six.
