Moreover I the said William Basnet doo hereby give unto the said George Beasley his heires executo administrator or assigns the fourth pt of a thickett lying upon the sea board side, the ame to hold for seaven years. In consideration whereof the foresaid George Beasley doth hereby bind my selfe his heyres exec administrator or assigns to plant or live upon the hundred acres of land and in case of departure from the foresaid land he to leave a sufficient hand? Upon it. And in case of selling to let ye sd William Basnett have ye personal? To with conditions and obligations Aforesad wee the ? written William Basnett and George Beasley have for ye true performance of the ? aforesaid sett our hands this fifth day of March 1653: Signed William Basnett (seal) and George Beasely.
