Recorded: April 14, 1649

Know all men by those present that I William Jacob have sold bargained and 
made a free sale of one hundred acres of land from me my heires, 
administrators, or assigns forever unto William Basnett his heyres, executo 
administrators or assigns forever, peacably & quietly to ? the same for him 
the said Will Basnett his heyres or adminstrators, or assigns forever, with 
all rights and privilodges both of hawking and hunting, ffishing and fowling 
with all rights of mynes and minerals with all free privilodges as are 
apprased in the grand patton ? the aforesaid hundred acres – bounding poynt 
blanck?blanch with his first bounds upon a small fresh run, neare unto the 
wading place of Mr Henry Woodhouse and so running his length a long by the 
fresh run and soo by a fresh water pond; the breadth extending from the said 
wading place southerly upon the baye to have and to hold the said land with 
out any lott or hindrance of any person or persons what so ever; and for ye 
true performance of those presents I the above named Will Jacob doo binds mee 
my heires executors, administrators and assigns as doth wittness my hand and 
seale this seaventeenth day of October anno Dom 1644:  guillammo ?:  Signed,
