Stewart} to } B&S Wm W. Hall } This deed made this 17th day of February the year 1881, between Charles F. Stewart party of the first part and William W. Hall party of the second part. All of the county of Norfolk and state of Virginia. Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and sixty dollars($160) to him in hand paid by the party of the second part the reciept whereof is hereby acknowledged. The said Charles F. Stewart has granted, bargained, and sold and by these price does grant bargain and sell with general warranty unto the said Wm W. Hall or his heirs, all the right, title, interest claimed, or demand. Which the said Charles F. Stewart has in and to that certain peice or parcel of land either in law or equity which is his part of Phoeby Stewart's estate, situated lying as being in Pleasant Grove Magisterial District, County of Norfolk, and state of Virginia, and bounded as follows, to wit on the west from a pine tree, which is a line between said land and the "Clinton tract" by the Johnstown Road for a distance of three hundred and sixty yards to a stake on said road from said stake bounded by land of Samuel W. Stewart to a division stake on Thos F. Gwinns line, thence three hundred and thirty (330) yards running between said land and Thos Gwinns and Gammon's land to a pine tree on Gammon's line thence to the pine tree on Johnstown road, the starting point, containing twenty five acres more or less. The said Charles F. Stewart cevenants that he has the right to convey the said land to grantor, that he has done no act to incumber the said land and that to granter shall have quiet possession of the said land free from all incumbers and that the said party of the first part will exclude such further assurances of the said land as may be requisited. Jackson a Justice of the peace for the aforesaid, in the state of Virginia do certify that Charles F. Stewart whose name is signed to the writing above bearing date 17th February 1881 has acknowledged the same before me in my county aforesaid. Given under my hand this 17th day of February 1881. C. C.
