   I do with the advice of Council certify that Mary Ramsey is continued on the 
list of pensioners with her former allowance, commencing on the first day of 
January 1801.  Given under my hand as Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, 
at Richmond, this 18th day of October 1808.

Mary Ramsey received 30 pounds per annum; most documents light and hard to read, 
but one document mentioned that Ramsey was a serjeant, but no regiment was cited.
