Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - April 15, 2010
VIRGINIA BEACH - Frank E. Banks Jr., 88, of the 500 block of Woodstock Road, 
passed away Friday, April 9, 2010, at his home.
Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Frank was a retired captain serving in the U.S. Marine 
Corps and a member of the Lynnhaven Masonic Temple.
He was predeceased by his wife of 59 years, Georgia N. Banks. Frank is survived by 
a daughter, Nancy G. Banks and a son, John M. Banks.
A memorial graveside with Masonic rites will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Riverside 
Memorial Park. Hollomon- Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, is in charge of 
arrangements.
