NORFOLK - Thelma Bond of the 1300 block of Bolton St. died April 6, 1986, in her 
home.

Miss Bond, an Edenton, N.C., native, was a former member of First Church of 
Christ Holiness.

Survivors include a son, Robert H. Brown of Norfolk; a sister, Celia J. Rawls of 
Edenton; a brother, Henry Simon of Norfolk; three grandchildren; and two great-
grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in Pretlow Funeral Home by the 
Rev. Willie R. Pond. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Viewing will be held 
form 1 to 7 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
