The Norfolk Virginian, September 15, 1897


Burgess-In this city at his residence, 401 Bute Street, Monday September 13th, 
1897, at 12:55 p.m., David A., eldest son of Diana E. and the late William B. 
Burgess, aged 32 years and 2 months.
The funeral will take place from St. Luke’s P.E. Church this (Wednesday) 
afternoon at 2:30 o’clock. Friend of the family invited to attend.
