Charles Alton Duynes transitioned from his earthly life on Sunday, June 2, 2019. Charles was born on September 24, 1980, to Charles Rossell Lee Dickens (Deceased) and Sharon Duynes Dallas in Norfolk, Virginia. He was well known and had countless friends throughout the tidewater area. "Buck Fifty", as known by family and friends, leaves to cherish his memory, his mother Sharon Duynes Dallas; one brother, Charles L. R. Ward; four sisters, Shannon D. Duynes, Shenita Wade, Tracie Wright (Michael), and Tekarrah V. Andrews all of Norfolk, Virginia. Three daughters, Avyonna N. Duynes, Azayah T. Palmer, and Adasia L. Butts; three sons, Zyquan A. Stith, Javil L. Painter, and Antonio L. Forrest all of Norfolk, Virginia; several aunts and uncles; and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation on Wednesday, June 12 from 1 - 6 PM in Graves Funeral Home, 1631 Church Street, Norfolk. Services on Thursday, June 13 at noon in Graves Funeral Home, 1631 Church Street, Norfolk. Interment in Calvary Cemetery, 1600 St. Julian Ave, Norfolk.
