The funeral of Mr. J. Whitney Houck took place at noon yesterday from Freemason 
Street Church of Christ and was conducted by Rev. C. Q. Wright, U. S. N. It was 
largely attended and the floral offerings were very beautiful. The remains were 
interred in Elmwood Cemetery, the following acting as pall-bearers; Messrs. T. 
J. Anderson, R. H. Pannill, R. H. Wright, Thomas D. Heyt, Lewis A. Berkham and 
Dr. R. H. Walker.
