Langley of 735 Marshall Ave., retired teacher of the Norfolk school system, died Thursday in a hospital. She taught for 25 years and retired. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Bute Street, and formerly taught Sunday School. She was a member of United Order of Tents and was a former secretary of Beulah Chapter 6. Survivors include a sister, Miss Pauline B. Langley of Norfolk; nieces; and a nephew. A funeral will be held Monday at 1 p.m. in First Baptist Church, Bute Street, by the Rev. LaVert Taylor. Burial will be in the family plot of Calvary Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home in charge.
