 Louise Taylor Stribling Waters, 92, of Annapolis, died Sept. 23 at the Ginger 
Cove Health Center. 
Born March 30, 1913, in Norfolk, Va., Mrs. Waters was the daughter of the late 
John Wright Stribling and Louise Taylor Stribling. 
She had worked as a clerk for the State of Maryland before retiring. She was a 
member of St. Anne's Episcopal Church and the Chase Home Auxiliary. 
Her husband, Levin Lyttleton Waters, died Aug. 25, 1999. She was the sister of 
the late John W. Stribling. 
Surviving are a stepdaughter, Dianne Waters Dykes of Salisbury, and several 
nieces and nephews. 
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. tomorrow in Elmwood Cemetery in 
Norfolk, Va. Local arrangements are by Taylor Funeral Home.
