Will of Nicholas Robinson Norfolk County, VA dtd. August 1666 Ref. Will Book #4, p.22 In the name of God Amen, I Nicholas Robinson of the southern branch of the Eliz. River in Virginia, planter, being sich and weak in body but of good memory thanks be to God make this my last will and Testament in manner & form following. I commit my soul into the hands of Almight God, my maker and my body to the earth to be interred in a Christian & decent burial, and for my personal estate real and personal I do hereby leave and bequest unto my ever loving wife Ann Robinson to be by her hands and deposeth according to her term of life and after her decease remainder of my fair estate to fall to my loving daughter Annis Robinson now the wife of Wm. Endridg and to her children but if my wife Ann Robinson doth marry another husband after my decease nol pross, otherwise in her hands to enjoy and benefit of my estate and then to fall to my daugther Annis (Annie?) or her children lawfully begotten whereof I hereunto put my hand & seal on the 1st of January in the year of our Lord God according to the computations of ye Church of England 1666 and in the year of outr Lord and of the right of our Sovereign Lord King Charles.
