. . . unto my loving wife Jane Yates all my Estate . . .
    during her natural life Excepting one gun now in the pos-
    session of my Ssone In Law Jno. Whitten . . . Like-
    wise one gun that was my Sonne Richard Yates Late dec
    I give unto my unto my grandson Richard Etheridge . . .
. . . and for my three daughters (viz) Jane, Elizabeth &
    Mary Yates . . .
. . . my grandson Jno Whidon . . .
. . . my grand daughter Jane Whidon . . .
. . . my two grand daughters (viz) Eliz. Etheridge and
    Mary Leake
