Virginian Pilot January 15, 1987

Mozelle Chisholm Abbott, 74, of the 5900 block of Glenhaven Crescent died Jan. 
14, 1987, in a Portsmouth hospital.
Mrs. Abbott, a native of Richmond, was the widow of William G. Abbott. She was a 
member of Larchmont United Methodist Church, the Tidewater Orchid Society and 
the Norfolk Botanical Garden Society. She was a volunteer for the American Red 
Cross and the Norfolk Public Health Hospital.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, 
Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. W. Dabney Walters. Burial will be in Elmwood 
Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or Larchmont 
United Methodist Church.
