The funeral of Mrs. Mary S. Abdell was solemnized from the home of her 
daughter, Mrs. M.S. Hodges, No. 11 
Cumberland street, at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon. The services were conducted 
by Rev. Dr. C.E. Grammer, of Christ P.E. Church. The interment was in Elmwood 
Cemetery. Following were the pall-bearers: Messrs. J.W. Beasley, Charles 
Kegebein, J.K. Gann. J.H. Rose, T.V. Scott, and T.J. Flynn.
