James Ackiss - Funeral services for Mr. Ackiss, 43, of Virginia Beach, who died
on Jan. 19, were held on Jan. 24 from St. Marks AME Church, Kempsville, with the
Rev. J. E. Beckett officiating.  Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Lillian Ackiss,
his parents, and one brother.  Interment was in Calvary Cemetery with J. M. Bell
in charge.
