Virginian-Pilot May 20, 1920
News reached this city yesterday of the death of Mrs. Pattie H. Adams, aged 88 
years, at Colesville. Md. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Lillian Adams Acorn, 
of Colesville, and a grandson, Westwood L. Williams, of Washington, D.C. The body 
will be brought to Norfolk and taken to H. D. Oliver’s funeral apartments, 610 
East Freemason street, where funeral services will be held at noon today, followed 
by burial in Elmwood cemetery. The Rev. W. H. T. Squires will officiate.
