Adams, and daughter of Mr. Wm. H. Fletcher, who died at 11 o’clock yesterday, at her residence. Mrs. Adams had a large circle or friends in this city and was widely known for her accomplishments as a vocal artiste, having been prominently connected with a number of musical enterprises which have done credit to Norfolk in the past few years. She was the possessor of a most beautiful voice and figured most prominently as the soprano of the Granby Street M. E. Church choir. She was also one of the most prominent members of the St. Cecelia chorus, where her loss will be most deeply felt. Her funeral will take place from the Granby Street M. E. Church this Wednesday at 5 o’clock.
