Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark March 31, 1918

Mrs. Ethel Etheridge Adams, aged 30 years, wife of Frank E. Adams, died Friday 
night at her home, 725 Boswell Avenue, after a protracted illness. She is 
survived by her husband, three sons, Harvard, Clauder and Frank Adams; her 
parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.E. Etheridge; a brother, C. Pressley Etheridge, now 
attached to the medical corps, U.S.A. at Anniston, Ala.; and a sister, Mrs. 
Blanche Miller, Norfolk. The funeral will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 
o'clock, at the residence. Rev. W.H. Dennison, of Memorial Christian Temple will 
conduct the services. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.

1918, at 12:25 o’clock a.m., ETHEL LENA, wife of Frank E. Adams, in the 30th 
year of her age.
Funeral services at the above residence MONDAY AFTERNOON at 2 o’clock. Friends 
of the family are invited to attend.
