Marie Louise Adams NORFOLK - Marie Louise Adams, 65, died Sept. 30, 2011, at her 
home in Grandy, N.C. She was the daughter of the late Vernon Kelly and Marie 
Sansone Kelly. Mrs. Adams was retired from the City of Norfolk Planning 
Department. She was a former member of St. Pius Catholic Church. She was an avid 
crafter and a fantastic cook, who took immense pleasure in sharing her crafts and 
food with family and friends. Marie is survived by her beloved husband of 17 
years, Paul Adams; her children, Bruce V. Montgomery and his wife, Sharon, and 
Kristin E. LeGare and Joe Queen; and her precious grandchildren, Taylor and Amber 
Montgomery and Kylie and Sophie LeGare.  She is also survived by numerous nieces, 
nephews and other family members, her special friend, Wilhelmina Hayes, and her 
husband, Steve, and a host of dear and dedicated friends. A funeral will be held 
in the Norfolk Chapel of H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts. Tuesday at noon with burial 
following at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the 
funeral home Monday from 6 to 8 p.m.
