Norfolk Journal and Guide, Jul 28,1962
A funeral service for Mrs. Elizabeth Thompson Adams, 87, of Route 3, Lynnhaven,
was held Wednesday at Riddick Funeral Home Chapel.  The Rev. J. B. Henderson,
pastor of Bank Street Church, officiated at the service.  Burial was in Calvary
Cemetery.

She was a native of Pulaski county and a member of Bank Street Baptist Church.

Mrs. Adams’ survivors include a sister, Mrs. Minnie Dixon of Philadelphia, and a
granddaughter, Mrs. Evelyn Swann of Norfolk.
