Mary Dominica Adams, 90, of the 4200 block of Neptune Ave. passed away Nov. 12, 
2010 in her home.  A native of Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late 
Francisco and Maria Patalano and the widow of Roy D. Adams.  She retired from 
Sovran Bank as a safe deposit clerk.  She was a member of St. Matthews Catholic 
Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Diane Noyes and husband Bob of Avon Park, 
Fla.; a brother, Gabriel Patalano of Seattle; 18 grandchildren, 24 great-
grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her 
children, Katherine Greenlee, Stella Moore, Patricia Tyler and Roy G. Adams.

To Stephanie Staley (granddaughter) and Marissa Harris (FOF) thank you for your 
time and help with my grandma and especially Mrs. Francine Timms and the nurses 
at Chesapeake Regional Homecare services, and most of all to my fiancee Tracey 
Leigh Boldyga who over the past few years stood by my grandma morning, noon and 
night, never leaving our sides, making us comfortable, and helping me keep my 
promise till the end.  Thank you Daniel D. Adams, grandson.

A funeral Mass will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m. at St. Matthews Catholic 
Church with Rev. Fr. John Abe officiating.  The burial will follow in St. 
Mary's Catholic Cemetery.  The family will greet friends at the church one half 
hour prior to the service.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the 
Salvation Army.
