Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark May 31, 1916
Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Addington, aged 65 years, died yesterday morning at 12:30 
o'clock at the residence of Mrs. John Cuthrell, corner of Ohio and Rogers street, 
South Norfolk.  She had been a resident of this section for the past eight years 
and was well known and esteemed.  The funeral was held at the residence yesterday 
afternoon at 5 o'clock and was conducted by Rev. J.F. Morgan, pastor of the First 
Christian church.  Interment in Magnolia cemetery.
