The Virginian Pilot Thursday August 19, 1976
James E. Adger of 1335 Wide St., an employe of C.E. Thurston & Sons and a native 
of Norfolk, died Sunday in a hospital.
He was a Baptist.
Survivors include a son, Jerome Adger of Norfolk; and a cousin, Mrs. Annie M. 
Brown of Portsmouth.
A funeral will be held Friday at 1 p.m. in Calvary Cemetery by Elder Wilson 
Taylor. The family will assemble at Metropolitan Funeral Home at noon Friday.
