Richmond - Mrs. Nannie May Bright Adkins, 73, of 3825 Hull St. died in Orlando,
Fla., Tuesday.

A native of Norfolk, she formerly lived in Richmond and was a daughter of
William Charles and Mrs. Lillie Florence Hodges Bright.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Orlando,  and was a
self-employed practical nurse.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Lillie Florence Stryker of Orlando;  two sisters,
Mrs. Lillian B. White of Richmond and Mrs. Margaret B. Parker of Virginia Beach;
 and a brother, Julian F. Bright of Miami.

A funeral service will be conducted in Norfolk at Smith & Williams Funeral Home
Thursday at 4 p.m. by Dr. Wallace A. Rogers of Norview Presbyterian Church. 
Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park, Norfolk.
