Virginian-Pilot September 5, 1934
Mrs. Polyxene Agelasto, aged 87 years, widow of Alexander Michael Agelasto, for 
many years a resident of Norfolk, died Sunday night at 11:40 o’clock at the 
residence, 4-C Hague Apartments. Funeral services were held privately at the grave 
in Elmwood Cemetery at 9 o’clock yesterday morning, with Chaplain William E. 
Callender, U.S.P.H.S., officiating.
