A native of Italy, he lived in Norfolk for several years before moving to New York in 1926. He had been secretary for the Agostini Brothers Building Corp. since 1908 and was builder of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and numerous other buildings in Norfolk and the New York City area. A veteran of World War I, he was the husband of Mrs. Helen Maloney Agostini and a son of the late Guglielmo and Mrs. Giovanna Agostini. Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Quillan Camilli of New York, and Mrs. Stanley Virgili, Virginia Beach, and a brother, Edward D. Agostini, of New York. A funeral service was held in New York this morning. The body will be sent to H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Mary's Cemetery, Norfolk.
