Ahman, and daughter of the late John and Mrs. Elizabeth McCourt, a native of Ireland and a former resident of Norfolk, died yesterday morning at 11:45 o'clock at Greensboro, N.C. Surviving her are two daughters, Mrs. O. E. Kuhn and Miss Annie A. Ahman, both of Greensboro; three sons, Bernard L. and William G. Ahman, of Baltimore, Md., and Frank P. Ahman, of Norfolk, and six grandchildren. The body will be taken from the residence of her son, Frank P. Ahman, 511 West Thirtieth Street, Norfolk, to St. Mary's Catholic Church, for funeral services Thursday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Mrs. Rosanna McCourt Ahman - The body of Mrs. Ahman, widow of John J. Ahman, whose death occurred Tuesday at Greensboro, N.C., was taken from the residence of her son, Frank P. Ahman, 511 West Thirtieth Street, Norfolk, to St. Mary's Catholic Church, for funeral services this morning at 10 o'clock. Interment was in St. Mary's Cemetery. The Rev. Leo J. Ryan, S. T. D., officiated. The Rev. P. P. Brennan and the Rev. Thomas Walsh were present in the sanctuary. There was a large attendance and many floral offerings. The casket was covered with a pall of Easter lilies, pink roses and ferns. Several selections were rendered during the service by the choir of St. Mary's Academy, with Miss Anna Gargano accompanist. Services at the grave were conducted by Rev. Thomas Walsh. The pallbearers were John E. Milan, Harry Hicks, Frank L. Barry, Walter S. Buchanan, James T. Holland, John T. Callahan, Andrew A. France and Alexander E. Emanuelson. In his address at the conclusion of the mass, Father Ryan paid tribute to the Christian life and character of Mrs. Ahman.
