Ahman, and son of the late John and Mrs. Rosanna McCourt Ahman, a life long resident of Norfolk, died at a local hospital yesterday at 10:30 a.m. A mechanical engineer, he retired in September, 1951 after serving in the Norfolk Naval Shipyard for 44 years. He was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and the Holy Name Society of that church. Besides his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Joseph A. McDermott, Jr., of Arlington; one son, Frank Paul Ahman, Jr., a grandson, Thomas Lee Ahman, both of Ottawa, Ohio; two sisters, Miss Anne Ahman and Mrs. O.E. Kuhn, of Washington; two brothers, Bernard L. and William G. Ahman, of Baltimore. The body will be taken from the residence, 511 West 30th Street, to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for services Wednesday at 10 am. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Rosary services will be held at the residence Tuesday at 7 p.m. ****************************************************************************** Ahman, Frank Paul, Sr. - At a local hospital, Sunday, June 28th, 1953, at 10:30 o'clock a.m., Frank Paul Ahman, Sr., husband of Mrs. Agnes F. Ahman, and son of the late John and Mrs. Rosanna McCourt Ahman, died. Remains will be taken from the residence, No. 511 West 30th street, to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church for services Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock. Friends of the family are invited to attend. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery. ************** Frank Paul Ahman, Sr. - The body of Mr. Ahman, who died Sunday, will be taken from the residence, 511 West 30th Street, to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, for funeral services tomorrow at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
