Norfolk Virginian Pilot June 18, 1955
Janet Rosemary Ainsworth, infant daughter of Thomas F. and Mrs. Gladys Tank 
Ainsworth, died at a Norfolk hospital Monday at 4:30 p.m.  Besides her parents, 
she is survived by a brother, Ronald F. Ainsworth, of Norfolk; her maternal 
grandparents, Mrs. and Mrs. Max Tank, of Milwaukee, Wis., and her paternal 
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. T.H. Ainsworth, of Mears.
Funeral services were conducted at the grave in Forest Lawn Cemetry Tuesday at 
10 a.m.
