Albano, at 415 Mayflower Road, Colonial Place. Surviving him are two brothers, Louis J. and Michael Albano, of Norfolk; three sisters, Miss Mary P. Albano, Mrs. Stella R. Novello, of Norfolk, and Mrs. Agnes Flaccomio, of Richmond; four nieces and two nephews. The body will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Sacred Heart Catholic Church for services tomorrow at 10 a.m. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Rosary services will be held at the Oliver Funeral Apartments tonight at 8 o'clock. Charles Carmen Albano - Funeral services for Mr. Albano, who died Wednesday morning, were held yesterday at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Paul V. Heller officiating. The Rev. Richard Rivard, the Rev. Bernard McKenna and the Rev. Francis Klemmer were present in the sanctuary. Interment was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Pallbearers were P. L. Barrett, J. A. McReel, E. E. Krise, Gay Battaglia, Leon Bruno and Lyman Howell.
