Ledger-Dispatch June 16, 1942
James Arthur Albert – The body of Mr. Albert, husband of Mrs. Margaret Nelms 
Albert, who died Sunday in Baltimore, was taken from the Ewell & Williamson 
Funeral Home to Elmwood Cemetery for funeral services at the grave yesterday 
afternoon at 4 o’clock, the Rev. Broadus E. Jones, pastor of the First Baptist 
Church, officiating.
Pallbearers were Fred N. Burrow, T. W. Howard, G. G. Butler and W. E. Williamson, 
Jr. Besides his wife, Mr. Albert is survived by two daughters, Mrs. G. R. 
Creekmur, of Richmond, and Mrs. G. W. Boyer, of Washington, D.C; a son, Master 
Sergeant William L. Albert, U.S.A., stationed at Camp Lee, and two grandchildren.
