The Norfolk Virginian Pilot March 17, 1974
Mrs. Nita Cofer Alexander, 67, of 1353 Surry Crescent, wife of James D. 
Alexander Jr., died Saturday in her home.
A native of Norfolk she was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Other survivors include a son, James D. Alexander III of Virginia Beach.
A funeral service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic 
Church.  Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery with H.D. Oliver Funeral 
Apartments, Norfolk, in charge.  The family will be at the residence.
