Irving Mason Alexander, 34, World War II veteran, of 360 East Bute Street, 
died June 5 in a New York City hospital following a short illness.

Funeral rites were conducted at 2 p.m. June 13 at Hale's Funeral Chapel with 
the Rev. Z. P. Jenkins, pastor of Union Congregational Christian Church 
officiating.

Mr. Alexander was a native of Norfolk. There are no known survivors.

Interment was in Calvary Cemetery.
