Virginian-Pilot  August 29, 1968
Vincent Thomas Alexander, 67, a son of Henry and Mrs. Katherine Hickman Alexander, 
died Sunday at 12:30 a.m. in his home at 163 Pinewood Road.
A native of New Bern, N.C., he lived in this area eight years.
He was a member of Star of the Sea Catholic Church and was a retired secretary of 
Taylor Parker Co.
Survivors include a sister, Miss Helen Alexander, of Virginia Beach, and a cousin, 
Paul Dolan, of New York.
The body will be taken from H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Laskin Road, to Star 
of the Sea Catholic Church for a funeral service Tuesday at 10 a.m.  Burial will 
be in St. Mary's Cemetery.  The Rosary will be recited in the funeral apartments 
tonight at 8.
