She was the daughter of the late Richard O. and Mrs. Virginia Thrift Allard, a native of Gloucester County and a resident of Norfolk for 43 years. Surviving her are two brothers, William D. Allard, of Norfolk and Jasper E. Allard, of Fort Lee, N.J. and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted this afternoon at 3:30 o'clock from the funeral home of James V. Derry, 346 West Princess Anne Road. The Rev. P. Rowland Wagner will officiate.
