Norfolk Virginian Pilot July 4, 1949

Percy Okeson Allen, 65, son of the late William K. and Virginia Seymour Allen, 
died at the residence, 428 Staten Street, yesterday morning. He is survived by 
three sisters, Miss Naomi S. Allen, Mrs. Walter G. Blick and Mrs. William E. 
Richards, all of Norfolk.
Mr. Allen was a lifelong resident of Norfolk and was shop foreman for Stokley's 
Service, Inc.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home tomorrow 
at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.

ALLEN, PERCY OKESON - At the residence, 428 Staten Street, Sunday morning, July 
3, 1949, PERCY OKESON ALLEN, son of the late William K. and Virginia Seymour 
Allen in the 66th year of his age. Funeral services will be conducted at the 
Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, TUESDAY AFTERNOON, July 5, 1949 at 2 o'clock. 
Friends of the family invited to attend. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
