The funeral of Henry Allen, 1036 Tyler street, who died at his home on 
Thursday, March 9, was held from Hale's Chapel, March 12, with the Rev. R. D. 
K. Garrett officiating. He was born in Norfolk, the son of Ollie Allen and was 
a trap-drummer. A father, five sisters, four brothers, aunt, uncle, and a 
number of other relatives survive.
