Santa Ana, Calif. – Mrs. Giva Lee Allen 76 of 2326 S Olive, Santa Ana, Calif., 
died Saturday in a Santa Ana hospital.
She was a native of Isle of Wight County, and a former member of Park Place 
United Methodist Church, Norfolk.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. John Krason, Santa Ana, Calif.; a son, 
Frank Lee Allen III, of Raleigh, N.C.; a sister, Mrs. Mabel O. Crump of 
Norfolk; nine grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Hollomon Brown Funeral 
Home, Bayside Chapel, by the Rev. C. Ambrose Turner, Jr. Burial will be in 
Elmwood Cemetery. The family will be at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Upsher 
Harmon, 4632 Lauderdale Ave., Virginia Beach.
