Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Friday, January 17, 1992 
Willis H. Allen of the 2700 block of Marlboro Ave., died Jan. 14, 1992, in a
hospital.

Mr. Allen was born in Norfolk. He had retired from the Norfolk Naval Base after
30 years. He was an Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Carrie J. Allen; a sister, Vivian A. Tyler of
Norfolk; and two grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in Hale Funeral Home by the
Rev. Ronnie D. Joyner. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . The family will
assemble at the residence.
