NORFOLK - Ayana Talia "Yani" Allen, 5, of the 500 block of Mariner's Way, passed 
away Feb. 8, 2010. Ayana leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Diana R. 
Allen; three sisters, Amaya, Anysa, and her twin Aliyah Allen; grandparents, 
Anita Allen and David A. Allen Sr.; great-grandparents, the Rev. Joreatha 
Barrett, Ruby L. Allen and Willie Taylor; godparents, George and Diane Mincey; 
one uncle, David Allen Jr.; one aunt, Dana Allen Duckworth (Chris); great-aunt, 
Carolyn Jones; great-uncle, Jim Allen; cousins, other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in St. Mark RZUA Chuch, 1513 Colonial 
Ave., Norfolk, with the Rev. Alvin Ben Thomas presiding and the Rev. Joreatha 
Barrett giving the eulogy.
Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Viewing will be held Thursday from 6 
to 8 p.m. at the Royal Courtyard, 329 Birchwood Park Drive, Virginia Beach.
Beach Funeral & Cremation Services Inc. is handling final arrangements. Kevin A. 
Sanderlin, funeral director.
