Virginian-Pilot  January 22, 1938
Mrs. Catherine Farley Aloisio, aged 50 years, wife of Charles Aloisio and daughter 
of the late Edward and Mrs. Ellen Fields Farley, died at the residence, 224 West 
Thirty-eighth Street, yesterday afternoon at 4 o'clock.  Mrs. Aloisio was a native 
of New York and a resident of Norfolk for the past 29 years.  Besides her husband, 
she is survived by four daughters, Mrs. E. S. Jones, Mrs. L. H. Dupree and the 
Misses Ellen and Kathryn Aliosio; one son, Michael Aliosio; three grandchildren; a 
sister, Mrs. George King; one brother, Matthew Farley, both of New York, and a 
number of nieces and nephews.  Remains will be taken from H. D. Oliver's Funeral 
Apartments, 610-12 East Freemason Street, to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, of 
which Mrs. Aliosio was a member, for services Monday morning at 10 o'clock.  
Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
