Norfolk - A funeral, arranged by Graves Funeral Home, was held Sunday in Graves'
chapel, for Luther Alston of 610 Maltby avenue, who died Nov. 25 in a hospital.
 Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.  The Rev. Jesse Arrington officiated at the
services.

The Warrenton, NC, native, was a son of Mrs. Carrie Alston and the late Mark
Alston.

He is also survived by a brother, John H. Alston of New Haven, CT, and a sister,
Mrs. Viola Carrington of Norfolk.
