The body was accompanied by her aunt, brother and sister, Mrs. J. J. Henry, Cornelius and Hattie Alston, all of New York. The funeral was held from Monumental Church, the Rev. Wilson officiating. Rev. Alston sang a beautiful solo. Miss Alston was a young lady of marked ability and pleasing personality and was loved by those who came in contact with her. She is survived by her father and mother, two brothers, Clarence and Cornelius, two sisters, Miss Hattie Alston and Mrs. Beatrice Thomas. Interment at Calvary Cemetery.
